I am an ordinary Mom, Daughter, Sister, Wife, and Friend. I enjoy exercising and doing all I can to feel good every day. My goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle through the support and encouragement of others. Question of the Day

What is your favorite thing about the Shakes?
 
Definitely variety.  I haven't had the same shake twice in over 3 weeks. Delicious! 
It helps tame my hunger in the morning . Used to get really hungry and
snack alot in the morning but has been a lot better and practically
eliminates my morning snacking unless I do a big workout. 
I like knowing it is a quick source of vitamins and nutrients, since I don't have time to sit down for a traditional breakfast. 
They taste delicious. I feel good about my breakfast!
They are so easy to make. I can get one ready and carry it out the door in two minutes. Also, I am loving it with crunchy peanut butter.
